Access to CANopen network

The CAB15 CANopen adapter affords access to a CANopen network for your operator interface panel.

The CAB15 CANopen adapter’s functionality has its foundation in the CANopen communications profile DS301 rev. 4.02 and, among other features, incorporates:

•    Process data objects: 64 receive and 64 transmit

•    Service data objects: 1 server and 1 client

•    Network management (NMT): Master and slave

Configuration of the CANopen adapter with the driver is made simple by means of the intuitive Information Designer software.

Mounting the adapter in the RS422 interface on the operator interface panel is easy. If your opportunity to plug the adapter directly into the rear of the panel is limited by lack of space, you can easily utilize the optional bracket and connection cable in order to install the adapter in a more expedient setting, anywhere up to 1.5 meters of the operator panel.
