Reports

Report printouts are easily achieved. The report is designed as a text block and can consist of both static text and dynamic objects linked to PLC devices. The printout can be time or event driven and when it is printed out, the operator terminal will read the required dynamic values from the PLC and include them in the report. It is also possible to print a screen dump of what is being displayed in the EXTER panel at that moment. 

Thanks to the the web functionality, it is also possible to send a report as an e-mail to any e-mail address in the world. This opens up new possibilities; the production manager can, e.g. receive a daily production report via e-mail.

The printer can be connected via the serial RS232 port or via USB. It is also possible to print via Ethernet.
